Wang Guiying was born in Jingdezhen in 1931. He is a senior industrial craftsman，member of China Craft and Art Association and Jiangxi Sub-commission of Chinese Artists Association. He was awarded “Ceramic Artist” of Jingdezhen in 1978. Wang Guiying was deeply influenced by his farther Wang Yeting in ceramic creation since childhood and majored in ceramics in Jiangxi Provincial Ceramics Academy later. He graduated from Art Department of Jiangxi Normal College in 1954 and started work in Jingdezhen Ceramics Research Institute for ceramic art. Currently，Wang is specializing in creation and design of ceramic art whose works were invited to many exhibitions at home and abroad and won different prizes.
